Grievance Redressal Cell

UGC-mandated cell that addresses student grievances, ensures transparency in admissions, and prevents unfair practices.

ABOUT THE CELL

A confidential mechanism to address students' grievances and uphold fairness.

In alignment with the guidelines set by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi, the College has established a Grievance Redressal Cell. This cell provides a mechanism for addressing students' grievances, ensuring transparency in admission processes, and preventing unfair practices. The cell's primary function is to examine complaints lodged by students and assess their validity. Additionally, the Grievance Cell is empowered to handle harassment cases.

Students with genuine grievances can approach department members in person or consult with the officer in charge of the Grievance Redressal Cell. If personal appearance is not feasible, grievances can be submitted in writing via the letterbox/suggestion box located in the Administrative Block or sent through email to the officer in charge of the Student's Grievance Cell.
